Superior Bank collects nonpublic personal information about its customers from the following sources:

• Information received on applications or other forms.
• Information about their transactions with us or others; and
• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about its customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

If a customer decides to close their account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to this privacy policy and practices as described.

We restrict access to customers personal account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to its customers. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard customer's nonpublic information.

All new customers will be given a privacy notice when establishing an account.

All existing customers will be mailed a privacy notice annually no later than July of each year.

Employees are instructed to direct any specific questions, comments, or complaints regarding the privacy of their nonpublic personal information to a bank officer.

Superior Bank will maintain confidentiality agreements with their key vendors. The Bank will ensure that their current third party contracts contain verbiage to comply with the requirements for safeguarding customer information.
